1. Service Agreement

Pure Cleaners agrees to provide dry cleaning, laundering, and related services for the garments and items you submit. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that we deem unsuitable for our cleaning processes or that pose a risk to our equipment or staff.

2. Liability Disclaimer

While we handle all garments with the utmost care, we are not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears or the development of small holes during the cleaning process. We are not liable for items left in pockets.

In the rare event of damage or loss caused by our negligence, our liability is strictly limited to 10 times the cost of cleaning the item, regardless of its original value or replacement cost.

3. Unclaimed Items

Items left for over 30 days beyond the scheduled pickup date without prior arrangement may be donated to a local charity. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking this action.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept major credit cards and debit.
